BACB Reporting

For supervisees seeking BACB certification or re-certification, Behaview provides BACB tailored reports to make it easy. Each individual is able to navigate to Reports and view reports that are tailored specifically to themselves.

Personal Reports

In particular, they can view the BACB tailored report that aggregates all of their supervisions into a compatible format for submission to BACB for monthly verification purposes.

BACB Reporting

For BACB Fieldwork report, Independent fieldwork hours can be tracked via Session Plans. Such Session Plans can be created in the same Behaview organization as their supervisor’s, or in an independent personal Behaview organization.

Flexible Supervision Tracking

For individuals that are working in multiple Behaview organizations, Behaview’s Personal Reports combine data from all organizations into a single report. This is to make it easier for supervisees to document their supervision for BACB submission, regardless of their scenario. For example, this capability benefits the following scenarios:

  • Multiple independent BCBAs - a supervisee can be supervised by multiple BCBAs with the same email account, and thus be able to report total fieldwork hours across them.
  • Clinical BCBA + Supervisory BCBA Addition - a supervisee may require external supplemental supervision to meet requirements, and thus can use a separate Behaview organization in order to track this supervision and still report the total fieldwork across both.
  • Independent Fieldwork Documentation - if supervisors are not willing to use Behaview, or may want to keep supervisees’ Independent fieldwork outside of their organization, supervisees can use a personal organization to track all supervisions for both BACB reporting purposes and documentation.
